Change in Ownership Structure
MEDICA, a leading provider of long and short-term dependency care in France, today announced a change in its ownership structure.
TBU-3 International SA, controlled by funds advised by BC Partners and MEDICA’s leading shareholder that has partnered its development since 2006, has sold 18.6% of MEDICA’s capital to several Covéa Group entities and 9.5% to the Batipart Group.
