Implementation of a Liquidity Contract
MEDICA has entered into a liquidity contract with EXANE BNP PARIBAS starting on March 3rd 2010 until the period ending on the 31st of December 2010. This contract is renewable by tacit consent and is compliant with the deontological charter of the Association française des marchés financiers (AMAFI charter) which is recognised by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
MEDICA has decided to allocate 2 000 000 Euros for the purpose of this contract.
