Joins the MSCI France Small Cap Index
MEDICA, a leading provider of long and short-term dependency care in France, has joined the MSCI France Small Cap index just three months after being floated on the stock market.
Its inclusion was announced on 11 May 2010 and will be effective after the close of trading on 26 May 2010, when the MSCI index will comprise 101 stocks.
“We are very pleased to be included in the MSCI index, which serves as a benchmark for investors,” said Jacques Bailet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “This should raise our profile in the stock market and help to create a more liquid market for our shares.”
