Reference Document under registration number I-09-092
Pursuant to Article L.212-23 of its General Regulation, the Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) granted registration number I.09-092 to this reference document on 9 December 2009. This document may only be used in connection with a financial transaction if completed by a note d’opération (securities note) which has been granted a visa by the AMF.
This reference document has been prepared by the issuer and the signatories hereto are liable for its contents. In accordance with Article L.621-8-1-I of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et Financier), the registration of this reference document was completed
